Pinetop Real Estate's Sports Village #3 was developed in the late 70s. The current homeowners dues for the 2009 year is $1530. This development has a great 1515 square foot floor plan and is very condusive to renting out 2 Bedrooms while you have all your personal items in the lockable master wing.
