The Blue Ridge School District is located in Pinetop-Lakeside and is commonly called Lakeside Blue Ridge.  Named after the ridge that is about one mile to the North East Blue Ridge came into existence in the 1950s.

 

The Show Low District is located in the town of Show Low  and as most people know the town got its name from a poker game called Low Ball.  The hand with the worst hand wins and thus Show Low was named and its main street is Duce of Clubs
