Paul was open and honest with us about the current state of the housing markets. He made an excellent recommendation with respect to the listing price and backed up everything he said with thorough research. When it came time to suggest we lower our asking price, Paul had the complete rationale for considering his suggestion. I believe that honest and well-conceived proposal to lower the price ultimately sold the house.
The methods he used to advertise the property were so impressive. The virtual tour Paul put on the Internet sure made the property stand out to those families exploring properties in the area. We were so pleased with the number of people who toured the house even during the down economic times. When the eventual buyer made the offer, Paul was with us every step of the way through the negotiation process. His experience and knowledge of price negotiations were of such value to us. Even though we are around 200 miles apart, it was as if we were always in the same room when dealing with Paul. I have never questioned Paul’s honest and integrity. Both are impeccable. I felt he was always working with our best interests at heart. He is so knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile on behalf of his clients.
